Guest Services
To assist you in fully experiencing the benefits and pleasures of our spa services, we offer the following:
- Amenities include complementary spa robes, slippers, and a personal locker
- A Swiss shower, with 7 multi-directional shower heads, is available for your complimentary use before or after your spa services. We recommend coming a few minutes early or staying a few minutes late to shower and change.
- Yoga classes are available for small groups by special arrangement.
- Parking validation up to 3 hours is available for clients parking in the Theatre Square garage.
Policies
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments should be scheduled as early as possible. Spa Packages require a 50% credit card deposit. Please arrive promptly for all scheduled services. Guests who arrive late will be charged in full and services may need to be shortened accordingly.
Although appointments are recommended, please do not hesitate to drop in for a last minute appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you if time permits.
Services are subject to change and may slightly vary in style due to techniques of individual practitioners.
Cancellations
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel appointments at no charge. Failure to cancel as indicated will result in a full charge for the scheduled services.
Health Considerations
Please notify us of any medical conditions that may affect spa services. When in doubt, check with your doctor. Be sure to inform your therapist of any inflamed joints or muscles which should be avoided during massage and other treatments.
Guests receiving facial or waxing treatments should inform the esthetician of any medications they are taking, including Acutane or any form of Retinol products.
To prevent irritation, women should avoid shaving prior to body exfoliation treatments.
Drink plenty of water before, during, and especially after all treatments.
